Terms of service

For questions/concerns regarding your orders, change of address etc, please email me at: Alchemats@gmail.com with your order numbers.

Retail: Retail drops may take up to 4 weeks to ship out. Updates and information regarding retail sales will be posted in the Facebook group for status and eta.

Pre-orders: pre-orders have a turn around time of 14-18 weeks after pre-order round ends. Information regarding pre-order dates, times, and updates/delays will be posted in the Facebook group. 

Please DO NOT combine pre-orders with retail. 

Cancelling orders: All sales are final unless it is a mistake on our part. If that is the case, please contact me at Alchemats@gmail.com before making claims. If a cancellation is agreed upon, you are agreeing that there is a restocking fee of 20%.
