Custom exclusive quilted vinyl with a light layer of foam to Alchemats. 18" x 54".
Flawed vinyl is due to creasing throughout the roll due to being smashed in transit. The creases can be easily removed with a heat press or a clothing steamer. This does not affect the integrity of the vinyl. A regular iron is possible, but takes much longer to get out. An affordable steamer is the best recommendation to steam and wipe dry.
Recommended for best results with semi-industrial and industrial machines. For domestic machines, due to the bulk of foam, recommended patterns that requires no more than 2-3 layers sewn, depending on machine. Tote bags are a good option for domestic machine. To help with bulk, zig zag stitch the edges to reduce bulk.

Products will ship via USPS or UPS. Flat rate options not available for vinyl. Vinyl requires special box and ships by weight and size. Please understand that there may be a additional shipping balance invoice due once everything is packed.
International shipping may require additional shipping due to weight and size. Shipping over $1 will be refunded and shipping balances will
invoiced.
We do our best to fulfill your items as quickly as we can. Due to the high
volume of orders during new retail drops, please expect it to take up to the
full turn-around time (TAT) for your retail order to ship.
Current TAT is up to 4 weeks or sooner. Orders are packed/shipped by order
